About Me

Gion-Pieder Pfister

I am a seasoned executive with decades of experience leading large business units at the President / CEO level in Switzerland and abroad, including as Senior Vice President and CEO of Swissport Morocco and Swissport International at EuroAirport Basel. Today I run PFISTER GIOBS as an owner-managed consulting boutique based in the Zurich region.

In parallel, I serve on the Advisory Board of Clouds On Mars (data governance and AI) and specialize more and more in intermodal baggage solutions. I am also a former member of Switzerland’s C-Level Innovation and Digitalization Community.

My experience combined with my curiosity and a deep conviction that we can do much more for our environment by applying new technologies inspires me to help businesses moving forward — particularly in aviation and intermodal mobility, where the next decade will be defined.

Ich bin eine erfahrene Führungskraft mit jahrzehntelanger Erfolgsbilanz in der Leitung großer Geschäftseinheiten auf Präsident- / CEO-Ebene in der Schweiz und im Ausland, unter anderem als Senior Vice President und CEO von Swissport Marokko sowie Swissport International am EuroAirport Basel. Heute führe ich PFISTER GIOBS als inhabergeführte Beratungsboutique mit Sitz in der Region Zürich.

Parallel dazu bin ich Mitglied des Advisory Boards von Clouds On Mars (Data Governance und KI) und spezialisiere mich zunehmend auf intermodale Gepäcklösungen. Ich war außerdem Mitglied der C-Level Innovation and Digitalization Community in der Schweiz.

Meine Erfahrung, gepaart mit Neugier und der tiefen Überzeugung, dass wir durch den Einsatz neuer Technologien viel mehr für unsere Umwelt tun können, motiviert mich, Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln — insbesondere in der Luftfahrt und intermodalen Mobilität, wo das nächste Jahrzehnt entscheidend sein wird.
